Privacy Policy

We value the trust behind every message. This page explains what the current Mbt3th website uses, why it uses it, and how to contact us about your information.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the current retirement website at mbt3th.com, operated by the Mbt3th team from Saudi Arabia, and its contact form. The website does not provide access to former forum accounts or posts.

Information you send us

When you submit the form, we save your name, email address, message category and message, plus your former username if you choose to provide it. We also save the form language, submission time and a message reference. For new messages, we record the version of the privacy notice you accepted and the time of your consent.

We rely on the consent you give by choosing to send the form to process your contact details and message so we can read it, reply and handle your request. This consent covers that correspondence; it does not include publication or marketing messages. You can withdraw it by contacting us as explained below.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents, financial or health information, or other sensitive details. Avoid sharing other people’s information without permission.

Message storage and email notifications

An accepted message is saved first in a private database on the website’s server, outside the publicly accessible directory. The site then attempts to email a copy of its contents to webmaster@mbt3th.com using the hosting mail system. The saved message remains available if that notification fails.

Messages are not public posts. The Mbt3th team reads them to manage correspondence. Hosting and email providers may need access to operate those services. We do not sell messages or contact details or use them for advertising.

Website and email data are hosted outside Saudi Arabia, so contact information is transferred and processed outside the Kingdom. Contact the team for details about processing locations and data transfer arrangements.

Cookies and external tools

The contact page uses an essential session cookie for form security and submission confirmation. It is configured for HTTPS transmission only, prevents JavaScript access, and limits its use in requests from other sites. It is a session cookie; your browser may retain it when restoring a previous session.

The site uses no analytics, advertising or external CAPTCHA tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself. External websites you choose to visit have their own policies.

Spam prevention and technical logs

When you choose Send, your browser completes a short computational check using ALTCHA hosted on the website’s server to discourage automated submissions. We temporarily keep challenge data in your session to verify it and prevent reuse. This check sends no data to an external CAPTCHA provider and adds no tracking cookies.

To protect the site and limit repeated submissions, we save a keyed digital fingerprint derived from your connection’s IP address, together with the submission time. The original IP address is not saved in the website’s message database. Rate-limit records older than 24 hours are cleared when later submissions are accepted.

Hosting systems may keep technical access and security logs that include IP addresses. These logs are separate from the message database and depend on the hosting configuration.

Retention and other copies

We keep messages while handling correspondence and necessary follow-up, review whether they are still needed, and delete them manually when their purpose ends, subject to any legal retention obligation. The system currently has no fixed automatic deletion deadline. You can contact us to request deletion.

Email copies and any backups or exported files are separate from the website inbox. Deleting a database message does not automatically delete those copies; they need to be handled separately where they exist.

Protecting information

We use HTTPS, storage outside the public directory, input validation, form protections and submission limits. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests and how to contact us

You can ask how your data is processed, request access and a copy, request correction, completion or updating, and request deletion under the rights and conditions provided by applicable laws. Where processing relies on your consent, you can ask to withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Send your request through the contact form or to webmaster@mbt3th.com. Where possible, write from the email address used for the message and include its reference if you have it. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is yours and protect other people’s correspondence. If you have a concern about the handling of your data, you can also complain to the competent authority at the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

Policy updates

We may update this page if the website or our handling of messages changes. The update date on this page identifies the latest published version.
